Abstract


Bloodglucosetestequipmentusedtodeterminebloodglucoselevelsindiabedcor nondiabedcpati.ents.Inthisthesis,theauthormakesameasuringtoolofhumanbloodglucose levelswhich canbetakenthatportablebloodglucosetestingdevice,usingbloodstrip.The authorsdesignedusingMicrocontrollerATMega8535.

Theprocessofcheckingbloodglucoselevelsisinvasive.Adiabeticornondiabedccan doitthemselvesbytakingabloodsampleonafingertip,thenthesampleisplacedona blood strip.Glucose levelsonecanbeknownfrom thebloodstripcolorchanges,byusingacolor sensorTCS3200.Thesensorswilldetectchangesincolorand emitafrequency,thenconverted inunitsofmgldlTheobtainedglucoselevelswUlbedisplayedontheled2x8.

Thetestsresultsand measurementsontherespondentcomparedtobloodglucosetest equipment brandsglucodr with the biosensor,the results obtainedarealmostthe same approach.Thetotalvalueoftheaverageerroris 8,94%.Afterconductingthestudyof literature, planning,experiment,modulemanufacturing,moduletesting,anddatacollection,ingeneralit can beconcludedthatthe "PortableBlood GlucoseTestToolBasedonMicrocontroller ATMegti8535"canbeusedandinaccordancewiththeplanning.
