Abstract


Ultrasonic cleaner air is a medical device used for the washing of water the medium of optical glass using subtle vibration of piezoelectric generated by high frequency, creating tiny particles of water are able to thoroughly clean the glass optics.The author makes the plane Ultrasonic Cleaner Equipped With Timer and Settings ATmega AVR Microcontroller-Based Frequency 8535 by using a timer as the timer is set using the buttons up and down using the start button, stop, reset, and the selection of frequencies (50 Hz and 10). The error in timing can be at minutes and 10 minutes respectively-each have a 1.66% error. While it is feasible for the error to be less than 5%, while the data obtained is less than 5% then the tool is still including appropriate.After the experimental apparatus and the author examines the differences between the results of the cleaning that uses a frequency of 50Hz and a frequency of 100Hz with different impurities that give a speck of dust and grease stains, it turns out that the results obtained are very visible differences. Using dust dirt stains more easily in the wash of the dirt that uses oil stains. Because the waste using more oil stains require tingggi frequencies in order to shed the taint attached. Based on the experiments that the authors did suggest making a circulating water automatically when the process is underway, so that the dirt that has beeb raised can be directly removed from the camber and replaced with clean water.
