HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN THE RELATIONSHIP OF NURSE WORKLOAD WITH LEVEL OF CLIENT SATISFACTION TOWARD NURSING CARE
Abstract
Masyarakat semakin menuntut mutu pelayanan kesehatan di unit gawat darurat yang lebih baik. Pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu dapat dicapai tergantung pada seimbangnya antara jumlah tenaga dan beban perawat. Tujuan umum penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dan kepuasan klien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di IGD RSUD Bontang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik korelasional dengan metode Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perawat pelaksana sejumlah 19 orang dan klien yang berkunjung di IGD RSUD Bontang. Sebanyak 30 klien yang diambil dengan teknik systematic random sampling. Variabel Independen penelitian adalah beban kerja perawat sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tingkat kepuasan klien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Lokasi penelitian adalah di IGD RSUD Bontang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data digunakan uji statistik Corelation Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja perawat IGD RSUD Bontang sebagian besar(74%) dalam kategori berat.Tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam menerima pelayanan di IGD RSUD Bontang sebagian besar (70%) tidak puas. Terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan instalasi gawat darurat yang bersifat negatif. Semakin berat beban kerja semakin rendah tingkat kepuasan pasien, sebaliknya semakin ringan beban kerja semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pasien.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out the relationship between nurse work load with the level of client satisfaction. This research design using analytical korelasional with cross-sectional approach, with a variable workload of nurses and the level of client satisfaction. This Research population is all client which medicinize in IGD RSUD Bontang, with population goals 30 people.The sample used was caregivers of 19 persons (total sample) and a client of 30 clients using systematic random sampling technique of sampling. Data acquisition using a closed questionnaire with a scale of graduated response, as measured after the client receives a nursing on IGD RSUD Bontang. From the research results obtained data for workload nurse almost entirely (74%) nurses stating weight and level of satisfaction for clients receiving a service most (58%) clients stated are not completely satisfied. Based on the data analysis is processed using the chi square and Spearman Rho showed that there was a significant relationship between nurse work load with client satisfaction levels in IGD RSUD Bontang with p value 0.029. To improve the quality of health service institutions are expected to increase the quantity of nurses have adapted to a standard to meet the energy needs of nursing and quality of nursing with nursing competency and the competency of emergency in accordance with the development and advancement of knowledge in the field of nursing and medicine.
