DAMPAK PSIKOLOGIS, SOSIAL, DAN SPIRITUAL ORANG DENGAN HIV/AIDS

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penyakit HIV /AIDS dapat menimbulkan masalah  fisik   sosial, psikologi  dan spiritual pada pasiennya. Masalah sosial yang dihadapi ODHA sebagai dampak adanya stigma masyarakat tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS, Dampak psikologi   berupa perasaan depresi, shock, penyangkalan, tidak percaya, depresi, kesepian, rasa tak berpengharapan, duka, marah, dan takut sedangkan dampak  spiritual berupa tabah dan bisa mengambil hikmah dari kejadian yang menimpa dirinya. Tujuan Penelitian  untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis, sosial dan spiritual ODHA di yayasan orbit Surabaya. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien HIV/AIDS yang sudah menderita selama 6 bulan. Pengumpulan data dengan  menggunakan  kuesioner untuk mengetahui   dampak psikologis, sosial dan spiritual ODHA. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar (55,2%)  berusia 31-35 tahun dan (4,7%) berusia 26-30 tahun. Sebagian besar (73,6%)  berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan  (26,3%) berjenis kelamin  perempuan.  Hasil penelitian tentang dampak psikologis, didapatkan bahwa  (31%) pasien memiliki dampak psikologis positif dan sebagian besar (69%) memiliki dampak psikologis negatif terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS. Untuk dampak sosial  didapatkan bahwa  (44,7%) pasien HIV/AIDS memiliki dampak sosial positif terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS dan sebagian besar (55,2%)  memiliki  dampak  sosial  negatif  terhadap  penyakit  HIV/AIDS.  Sedangkan  dari  dampak  spiritual didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar (63,1%) memiliki dampak spiritual positif terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS dan (36,8%) memiliki dampak spiritual negatif terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS.

ABSTRACT

HIV / AIDS can cause physical problems of social , psychological and spiritual sufferer. Social problems faced by people living with HIV as a result of the stigma in society against this disease that is identical to the behavior that is considered immoral, so people deserve punishment. Psychological effects such as feelings of depression, shock, denial, disbelief, depression, loneliness, a sense of hopelessness, grief, anger, and fear while the spiritual impact of a resilient and can take a lesson from what happened to him . Objective  this is a descriptive study to determine impact of psychological, social and spiritual of PLWHA in orbit foundation Surabaya. The sample were patients with HIV / AIDS who have suffered for 6 months. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The majority (55.2 %) aged 31-35 years, and (4.7%) aged 26-30 years. For the sexes obtained the majority (73.6%) with male sex , and ( 26.3%) were female . The results of research on the psychological impact , it was found that (31%) patients had a positive psychological impact and the majority (69%) have a negative psychological impact on HIV/AIDS. For the social impact was found that (44.7%) patients with HIV/AIDS have a positive social impact on HIV/AIDS and the majority (55.2%) have a negative social impact of HIV/AIDS . While the spiritual impact was found that the majority (63.1%) had a positive spiritual impact on HIV / AIDS and (36.8%) had a negative spiritual impact of HIV / AIDS .
