MODALITAS KEPERAWATAS TERAPI WICARA PADA KLIEN POST STROKE DENGAN GANGGUAN BICARA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Stroke atau gangguan neurologis yang lain menimbulkan berbagai macam kerusakan pada sistem persyarafan diantaranya adalah gangguan wicara. Gangguan wicara atau speech dysfungtion merupakan suatu kondisi dimana abnormalitas wicara, termasuk Aphasia, alexia, stammering, sturring, aphonia, sluring dan lain-lain. Pada kondisi seperti ini maka pasien perlu dilakukan terapi wicara untuk mencagah gangguan komunikasi  lebih  lanjut.  Sebelum  memberikan  terapi  wicara  pada  pasien,  penting  dalam  melakukan pengkajian dan menentukan jenis/macam gangguan wicara. Dalam proses pengkajian ini peran perawat sangatlah penting, walaupun dalam pelaksanaan terapi wicara merupakan tindakan kolaborasi, perawat tetap dituntut dapat melakukan pengkajian yang tepat, cepat dan cermat sehingga dapat didentifikasi jenis gangguan wicara  dengan tepat. Peran perawat pada  pasien gangguan wicara  ini sangat penting demi meningkatkan kemampuan pasien dengan gangguan wicara post stroke.

ABSTRACT

Stroke or other neurological disorders that cause a variety of damage to the nervous system including the speech disorder. Speech disorders or speech dysfungtion is a condition where abnormal speech, including Aphasia, alexia, stammering, sturring, aphonia, sluring and others. In this condition, the patient needs to be done to prevent malicious speech therapy further communication disorders. Before providing speech therapy in patients, it is important for the assessment and determine the type / kind of speech disorders. In the process of this assessment the nurse's role is very important, although the implementation of speech therapy is an act of collaboration, nurses still are required to undertake appropriate assessment, quickly and carefully so it can be identified with the right type of speech disorder. The role of the nurse in patients with speech disorders is very important in order to enhance the ability of patients with post-stroke speech disorders.
