PERAN KELUARGA DENGAN PERILAKU DIET PASIEN GOUT ARTRITHIS DI PUSKESMAS WIRE TUBAN

Abstract

Artrithis gout merupakan penyakit metabolik yang terkait dengan pola makan diet tinggi purin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran keluarga dengan perilaku diet pasien Gout Artrithis. Desain penelitian adalah corerelational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua yang pernah dan yang menderita Gout Artrithis di Puskesmas Wire Tuban sejumlah 79, dengan Simple Random Sampling didapatkan sampel 70 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Cara mengolah data menggunakan Spearman Rank Colleration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan peran keluarga dengan perilaku diet Gout Artrithis di Puskesmas Wire Tuban. Cara agar penderita Gout Artrithis perilaku dietnya patuh maka peran keluarga harus baik, misalnya keluarga lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu yang dilaksanakan oleh puskesmas dan kader untuk mendapatkan informasi dan edukasi tentang makanan apa saja yang boleh dikonsumsi dan dibatasi pada pasien Gout Artrithis.

ROLE OF FAMILY AND DIET BEHAVIOR IN GOUT ARTRITHIS PATIENTS AT WIRE TUBAN HEALTH CENTER

ABSTRACT

Gout arthritis is a metabolic disease associated with high purine diets. This study aims to determine the Correlation of family roles with the dietary behavior of Gout Artrithis patients in Puskesmas Wire Tuban. The study design was corerelational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was those who had and suffered from Gout Artrithis at Puskesmas Wire Tuban, used Simple Random Sampling 79, with sample of 70. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data was processed by Spearman Rank Colleration to find relationships. Based on the results of the study, there was a correlation between the role of the family and the dietary behavior of Gout Artrithis  in Puskesmas Wire Tuban. The way that Gout Artrithis patients obey  from dietary behavior is by involving  the role of the family, for example, families are more active in participating in posyandu carried out by puskesmas and getting information and education about what foods can be consumed and limited to Gout Artrithis patients.
