Pengaruh Pemberian Larutan Biji Srikaya (Annona Squamosa L) Terhadap Kematian Nyamuk Aedes Aegypti Dengan Metode Liquid Electric

Abstract

Aedes Aegypti is the vector for dengue virus causes dengue hemorrhagic fever (DFH) or Dengue Fever (DF). Aedes Aegypti eradication can be done with giving to sugar apple seeds (annona squamosa L) solution exposure used the method of liquid electric mosquito aedes aegypti confinement media. The solution of sugar apple seeds contain squamosin and annonain, where would be divided in several concentrations and applied to electric instruments. The research was an experimental laboratory, aedes aegypti were placed in cages that were given electric liquid vapor with various concentrations and then analyzed by using a quantitative method of observation and table analysis. the research was conducted at the laboratory of entomology east java provincial health office in May 2013. solution of 10, 20,30,40, 50% sugar aplle seed concentration led on the death of aedes aegypti in 15, 15, 15, 30, 45%. Based on the results it can be concluded that the more concentrated solution of sugar apple seed will increase the number of death aedes aegypti
