Abstract


LaminarAirFlowCabinetseatistomixthedrugsinordernotinhaledbytheoperator.Thistoolis usuallyusedtomixthecureforcancer.Theworking principleofthelaminarwaterflowisinawaybetterair circulationina.strictfilterbeforebeingdumpedorre-disirkulasitomaintainkeseterilanaroundtheroomwhere thelaminarairflowtooperate.Theuseofthistoolenoughwiththewaitingtimedelayfor5 minutesand sterilizationtimefor30minutes.

OntheLaminarAirFlow,thevalueofairflow(fpm)arelikelytochangeatanytime.Therearemanyfactors that cancausechangesinthevalueofthefpm.

Laminarairflowthatwritersmake,wearspeed 100fpm.Theairflowof l00fpmisinthesensor

detectionbyflow.TheOutputfrom thisflowsensorisprocessedbyADC0804whichwillbeprocessedbya microcontrollertobeshownintosevensegments.In additiontothistoolisequippedwithasafetylockdoorto bettersafeguardthesafetyoftheoperatorandtheenvironment.

Onthedevelopmentofthis module,theauthormakesthewaterFlowisLaminarClassIITypeB3are equippedwithamicrocontroller-basedtimerAT89S5llookwithaflowrateof100fpmwithatimedelayis5 minutesandsteriletime30minutes.Theaverageerrorof flowrateobtainedbasedonmeasurementsusinga tachometerandinsertedinto theformulaof1,298%andaverageerrortimerdelay0,066%,anaverageof0.23% steriletimererroragainsttheconventionaltime.

ALaminarAirFlowClassIItypeB3areequippedwithamicrocontroller-basedtimerAT89S5l lookisstill viableisusedbecausethevalueerrorisstilllessthan2%anditworks well.
