Abstract


Calibrationisatechnicalactivitywhichconsistsofthedetermination,thedeterminationof oneormorepropertiesorcharacteristicsofaproduct,processorserviceinaccordancewitha special procedurehasbeenset.Thepurposeofwhichis to ensurethecalibrationmeasurement resultsinaccordance withnationalandinternationalstandards.

ThetoolsusedforthecalibrationofpressureDigitalPressureMeter.Thistoolisusedto measurethepressureandsuctionpumpspygnomanometerorotherdevicesthatuseparameters formeasuringpressure.

Thismodulemanufacturingsystemusingmicrocontroller ATmega8asacontrollerandas processinganalogdataintodigitaldatabyconditioningtheoutputofthesensor MPX5100GP andMPXV41l5VusinganalogsignalconditioningcircuitanddisplayedontheLCD2x16 characterswith2modesofmeasurementthatispositivepressureandvacuumpressurewith pressuresrangingfrom 0-300mmHgforpositivepressureand-300-0mmHgtovacuum pressure.

BasedonastresstestgeneratedandusingcomparatorsDigitalPressureMeter2plus brandfluke, thistoolhasanerrorvalueofOto0.7%andhasavalueincrementorcorrection valueofO-3.ItcanbeconcludedthatthePortablePressureMeter2ChannelThisdeservesto beused.
