Abstract


Lung soundsrecording is widely used by ·medicalpersonal to check the physicl condition of person,
especiallyrelated to respiratorysounds. It required a lung sounds recordingthat arefree from interference of
other sounds in order to get a good examination results. But in fact the lung sound proofing still mixed with
other sounds, especially of the hem sounds. Because the anatomy of the lungs is near the heart organ. And
for human life, the heart never stops beating. Therefore we need a way to reduce or eliminate the recording of
hem soundsfrom lung sounds.
In this paper retrieval the lungs sound using a stethoscope that has been modified then connected to
the jack on the soundcard to be processed in computer. Retrieval of the subject data is in children boys and
girls ages 4 to 6 years with measurements on the left chest bronchovesicular. Furthermore, to reduce the
sound of the heart of lung sound recording by using wavelet transform. From the design of theJUter can be
seen in detail in the best decompositionof the signal improvement
Based on the results of the JUter design using wavelet transfonn is able to reduce or eliminate the
shape of heart sound signals using deubechies3 best on detail3with the smallest MSE value is 1,15x10 3.
