ANALISIS GELOMBANG ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH PADA PASIEN AMI (ACUTE MIOCARD INFARK) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM DELPHY

Abstract


Miocard Acute Infarction or AMI can be abbreviated is a situation where a sudden restriction or termination of blood flow to the heart, which causes the heart muscle (myocardium) dies from lack of oxygen. Incidence of Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) reached 400,000 per year the number is nearly 50 percent of all deaths that occurred. Likewise, occurring in parts of Indonesia most in urban areas, one patient at the hospital Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu so the authors wanted to analyze the wave ECG in patients with AMI (Acute Myocardial miocard).

Analysis of the making of this software aims to further simplify analyzing electrocardiograph wave in patients with AMI. This study used experimental research methods in design sotware with a wave of ECG analysis program based Delphy.

From the analysis software can distinguish between the ECG wave AMI patients and normal patients, so with the software program will assist personnel in analyzing the patient ECG waves AMI.Program it can later be modified so that not only analyze the AMI patients, but also can analyze the other heart diseases.
