ANALISIS KANDUNGAN TEKNOLOGI DENGAN PENDEKA TAN TEORI TEKNOMETRIK DALAM UAPA YA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA INSTALASI RADIODIAGNOSTIK DI RSU HAJI SURABAYA

Abstract


Radiodiagnostic installation is facilitated by some medical instruments which is used as instrument
supporting medical service in examining someone disease. The facility has 3 technology criteria: examining
with modern instrument (CT Seem single slice), examining with middle instrument (General x-ray 0 300 rnA 1
125 KV; and simple instrument (Portable Dental x-ray 0 8mA 170 KV).If it is observed from contribution
income side in the hospital, Radiodiagnostic Installation Income from 2004 till 2008 experienced degradation
significantly based on data as follows: 2004 's contribution amounting to 6.8%; 2005 's contribution amounting
to 4.3%; 2006's contribution amounting to 2.5%; 2007's contribution amounting to 2.3%; and 2008's
contribution amounting to 2.6%.
By using tachometric theory base approach, the research can measure contribution value each
technology component, consist of Technoware, Humanware, lnforware, Orgaware "in Radiodiagnostic
Installation RSU Hajj Surabaya and also to know sophistication level from the technology which is used with
Technology Contribution Coefficient (fCC) Indicator, so that the factors which is influenced performance
degradation can be known, where the TCC result are:
TCC High Technology TCC_tt = 0.490jika T_tt= 0.387+H= 0.519+ /= 0.538+0=0.534
TCC Middle Technology TCC_lm =0.443 jikaT_tm=0.258+H=0.519+l=0.538+0=0.534
TCC Simple Technology TCC_ls =0.398jika T_ts=0.168+H=0.519+1=0.538+0=0.534
If the technology component (T,H,l,O) , with its contribution value is lower than TCC, it means The
Radiodiagnostic Installation Unit is in the lower degradation face, and that condition can be let, the direction
must take a hand soon to make a policy, right and fast, in order that unit is not loss. The result of the research
shows that there's any difference almost flatten from the three technology component Humartware = 0.519,
Irforware = 0.538, Orgaware = 0.534, but the biggest difference in the Technoware Technology Compponen (
0.387, 0.258, 0.168), means that The Strategic Development Radiodiagnostik Installation Unit is majored 10
develop Technoware aspec (Rejuvination Medical Instruments).
