HUBUNGAN PEMAKAIAN OBAT AINS DENGAN KEJADIAN GASTRITIS AKUT DI PUSKESMAS WONOAYU
Abstract
Gastritis is an acute, chronic, diffused or local inflammation or interior cavity mucosa bleeding. The journey of this disease is usually light, although sometimes it may cause medical emergence, that is bleeding at upper digestion channel. Acute gastritis is the common one among others. AINS medicine is one of factors causing acute gastritis. The purpose of this research is to find out the relation between AINS medicine consumption with acute gastritis in Wonoayu local government clinic. This research is performed in week I – II of July. This research used correlational method with cross sectional approach method. The population involves acute gastritis patient that come for the first time at Wonoayu local government clinic in week I – II of July. The sample were selected using consecutive sampling procedure. The independent is AINS medicine consumption, meanwhile dependent variable is acute gastritis event. Data are displayed descriptively by using frequency distribution and cross tabulation that confirmed in the percentage form, then analysed using “chi-square” statistic test with confidence level =0.05. The result of this research that already obtained is X2 count 9,53 and X2 table is 5,991. X2 count > X2 table and it means that there is relation between AINS medicine consumption with acute gastritis.
