DESKRIPSI TEKNIK IBU MENYUSUI BAYI DESCRIPTION OF MOTHER’S BREASTFEEDING TECHNIQUE

Abstract

Teknik Menyusui Yang Benar adalah cara memberikan Air Susu Ibu kepada bayi dengan perlekatan dan posisi ibu dan bayi dengan benar Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Desa Gedongombo Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wire kabupaten Tuban sejumlah 124 dengan besar sampel sebesar 95 ibu yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah teknik menyusui bayi di Desa Gedongombo Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wire Kabupaten Tuban. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar  ibu (86%) yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Desa gedongombo Wire Tuban memposisikan bayi kurang benar dalam tindakan menyusui. Teknik menyusui ibu berdasarkan waktu dan lamanya menyusui mayoritas sudah sesuai, yaitu sebanyak 94 ibu (99%). Sebagian besar (77%) ibu menyusui di Desa Gedongombo tidak menyendawakan bayinya setelah menyusui.  Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan tindakan ibu dalam teknik menyusui agar pencapaian Air Susu Ibu eksklusif bisa mencapai target yang di tentukan sehingga kematian pada bayi bisa diminimalkan.

ABSTRACT

Breastfeeding Techniques is giving breast milk to infants with attachment and mother and baby position properly study design was descriptive. Population were all breastfeeding mothers who have infants aged 0-6 months at the village health center working area Gedongombo Wire Tuban district with a large number of 124 samples of 95 mothers were taken by simple random sampling. The research variables are breastfeeding technique at the village health center working area Gedongombo Wire Tuban. Data were collected using the observation sheet and analyzed descriptively. The results show the majority of breastfeeding mothers in the village of Tuban Wire Gedongombo act less in breastfeeding techniques based nursing positions as many (86%) of 95 breast-feeding mothers, the majority (99%) of 95 mothers breastfeeding mothers already take appropriate action in breastfeeding techniques based on the time and duration of breastfeeding, most mothers (77%) of the 95 mothers in the village are not burp  after feeding. Actions necessary to improve the technique of breastfeeding mothers that breast milk exclusively achievement could reach targets specified that death in infants can be minimized.
