PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PERILAKU BIDAN TENTANG PENGISIAN BUKU KIA EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON BEHAVIOR MIDWIFE OF THE FILLING KIA BOOK

Abstract


Keberhasilan pelaksanaan program KIA ditentukan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan bidan dalam pengisian buku KIA secara lengkap. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku bidan tentang pengisian buku KIA antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kontrol. Jenis Penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan randomized control group pre post test design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh bidan yang sedang tugas belajar semester II D-III Kebidanan di Universitas Islam Lamongan. Besar sampel 74 orang, yang dibagi dalam kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol  menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrument  penelitian mengunakan kuesioner dan cheklist buku KIA. Analisis data sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.  Analisis  perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U.  Hasil uji Wilcoxon pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan perbedaan rerata pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan bidan tentang pengisian buku KIA sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan (masing-masing p=0,000<α=0,05). Pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata pengetahuan (p=0,083), sikap (p=0,28), dan tindakan (p=0,109) bidan tentang pengisian buku KIA sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Hasil uji Mann Whitney U menunjukkan adanya perbedaan adanya perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,021), dan tindakan (p=0,000) bidan tentang pengisian buku KIA antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kontrol.

ABSTRACT

 

The successful implementation of the MCH program determined the knowledge, attitudes and actions of the midwife in charge KIA complete book. The purpose of research is to analyze the differences in the effect of health education on knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about charging user midwife KIA between treatment groups with the control. Type of research is a quasi experiment with a randomized control group pre-post test design. Population were all midwives who are learning task D-III second half of Midwifery at the Islamic University Lamongan. Large sample of 74 people, who were divided into treatment group and control group using simple random sampling. Instrument research using a questionnaire and checklist KIA book. Analysis of the data before and after treatment using the Wilcoxon test. Analysis of differences in the effect of health education among the treatment group with a control group using the Mann-Whitney U test Wilcoxon test results obtained in the treatment group mean differences in knowledge, attitudes, and actions of charging books KIA midwives before and after health education (respectively p=0.000<α=0.05). In the control group there was no difference in mean knowledge (p=0.083), attitude (p=0.28), and action (p=0.109) midwife about charging KIA books before and after health education. Mann Whitney U test results showed a difference in the different effects of health education on knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.021), and action (p=0.000) MCH books midwife about charging between treatment groups with the control.
