PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG KEBUTUHAN NUTRISI PADA ANAK LEUKEMIA LIMPHOBLASTIK AKUT YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI THE MATERNAL KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION IN ACUT LIMPHOBLASTIK LEUKEMIA IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WITH CHEMOTHERAPY

Abstract

Acute Limphoblastik Leukemia (ALL) merupakan keganasan yang paling sering dijumpai pada anak. Malnutrisi pada pasien keganasan termasuk pada ALL sering ditemukan pada pasien-pasien termasuk baik pada saat terdiagnosis, sebagai akibat dari keganasan itu sendiri, ataupun akibat dari kemoterapi dan radiasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada ibu dengan anak acute limphoblastik leukemia yang menjalani kemoterapi.  Disain Penelitian adalah deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh orang tua yang anaknya menderita acut limphoblastik leukemia dan mendapat kemoterapi. Besar sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 orang pasien menggunakan total sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang ALL. Instumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Ruang Menular Anak RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Pengetahuan ibu pasien ALL yang mendapat kemoterapi tentang nutrisi di Ruang Menular Anak RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya setengah (50%) ibu pasien ALL yang mendapat kemoterapi pengetahuan tentang nutrisi yang harus diberikan adalah kurang, 35% berpengetahuan cukup, dan 15% yang pengetahuannya baik.

Nutritional support is an Important part in supporting the treatment of Cancer Patients, it is Necessary to the role of knowledge of good mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of maternal knowledge of nutrition in ALL in pediatric Patients undergoing chemotherapy in the Hospital contagious children. Soetomo Surabaya. This study is a descriptive type of research, population in this study were all parents Whose children Suffer from leukemia and received chemotherapy, where samples are taken as many as 20 people, Intake sampling conducted purposive sampling. The results showed a half (50%) mothers received chemotherapy WHO ALL Patients knowledge of nutrition to be supplied is less, 35% have solid, and 15% WHO know better. WHO Many parents are knowledgeable about the background can be due to low parental education, young age and in experience iti the hospital, the hospital promotes health education to further increase of knowledge of the patient and family, Because the knowledge of good nutrition nutritional intake will increase of .
