PENGARUH SUPERVISI KEPERAWATAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN EFFECT OF NURSING SUPERVISION WITH PATIENT SATISFACTION

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penilaian kepuasan pasien penting diketahui karena merupakan bagian dari mutu pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan pemasaran Rumah Sakit. Namun kenyataannya tidak semua pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan keperawatan yang diterimanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Paviliun R.A Kartini RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebhu Bangkalan. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional dimana populasinya semua pasien di Ruang Paviliun R.A Kartini sebanyak 48 orang, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 43 orang secara sistematic sampling. Variabel independen adalah supervisi keperawatan, variabel dependen kepuasan pasien. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner yang dijabarkan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan narasi, dan dianalisa dengan uji Regresi Logistik Ordinal, dengan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar dilakukan supervisi keperawatan (74,4%), pasien lebih banyak yang cukup puas dalam menerima pelayanan rawat inap (51,2%) terutama dalam aspek empati (empathy). Dari hasil uji regresi logistik ordinal didapatkan nilai p= 0,007 artinya ada pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Untuk itu tenaga kesehatan diharapkan meningkatkan kinerja mereka dalam memberi asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien dan mengoptimalkan manajemen keperawatan melalui pelatihan dan dengan metode tim keperawatan untuk efektifitas pemberian asuhan keperawatan

Assessment of patient satisfaction is important to know because it is part of the quality of service associated with the marketing of the Hospital. But the fact that not all patients were satisfied with the nursing care he received. This research aims to study the effect of the implementation of nursing supervision to the satisfaction of patients in nursing services in areas of RA Kartini Hospital Pavilion Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebhu Bangkalan. The study was cross sectional analytic design where the population of all patients in the Pavilion Lounge RA Kartini as many as 48 people, samples taken 43 people sistematic sampling. The independent variable is the supervision of nursing, patient satisfaction dependent variable. Methods of data collection using observation sheets and questionnaires were translated in the form of frequency distribution tables and narrative, and analyzed by ordinal logistic regression test, with α = 0.05.The results were obtained mostly done nursing supervision (74.4%), more patients are quite satisfied in receiving inpatient services (51.2%), especially in the aspect of empathy (empathy). From the results of the ordinal logistic regression p value = 0.007 means there is the influence of the implementation of the supervision of nursing to patient satisfaction.The conclusion of this study is no effect of the implementation of the supervision of nursing to patient satisfaction in nursing services. For that health workers are expected to improve their performance in providing nursing care to patients and optimize nursing management through training and the effectiveness of methods for nursing team nursing care
