MANAGEMEN STRES KERJA PADA PERAWAT ICU

Abstract

ABSTRAK

ICU (Intensive Care Unit)   merupakan salah satu lingkungan kerja yang memiliki kecenderungan stres tinggi. penyebab stres perawat ICU diantaranya adalah: kondisi klien yang kritis, ruang ICU yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas canggih, suasana kerja yang sibuk serta menuntut ketrampilan yang khusus. Jika stres kemudian bertambah maka perawat akan mengalami berbagai gejala stress yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kesehatannya, bahkan dapat mengancam kemampuannya untuk mengatasi lingkungannya. Upaya pencegahan stres kerja  perawat di Icu dapat melalui pendekatan individual,   pendekatan organisasi, dan pendekatan sosial budaya, agama, olah raga dan medik / psikiatrik.

STRESS MANAGEMENT NURSE WORKING IN ICU ABSTRACT

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is one of the working environment has a tendency to high stress. ICU nurses causes of stress include: client's critical condition, the ICU is equipped with advanced facilities, a busy working environment and demands special skills. If stress increases, the nurse will then experience the symptoms of stress that can affect the performance and health, can even threaten its ability to cope with their environment. Prevention of work stress in Icu nurse can go through an individual approach, the organization's approach, and the approach to social, cultural, religious, sports and medical / psychiatric.
