DERAJAD LUKA GANGREN MENINGKATKAN STRESS PSIKOLOGIS KLIEN DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 Diabetes merupakan suatu penyakit dengan peningkatan glukosa darah diatas normal dan banyak menimbulkan komplikasi antara lain penyakit jantung, stroke, kebutaan, dan gangren. Berbagai komplikasi tersebut dapat menimbulkan gangguan baik fisik maupun psikologis bagi klien. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan derajat luka gangren dengan stress psikologis pada klien DM. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasi cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua klien diabetes di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Jombang dengan besar sampel 42 orang dengan tehnik accidental sampling. Variabel independen derajat luka gangren, variabel dependent stres psikologis yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan uji Rank Spearman (ɑ=0,05). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hampir setengahnya (38,1%) klien DM mengalami luka gangren derajat 2, sebagian besar (57,1%) mengalami stress psikologis sedang. Ada hubungan derajat luka gangren dengan stress psikologis pada klien DM ( 0,000 < 0,05) dimana semakin tinggi derajat luka gangren maka semakin tinggi pula stress yang dialami. Diharapkan perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit memberikan konseling dan pendidikan tentang cara merawat luka gangren yang tepat dan   menganjurkan klien agar aktif bertanya pada petugas kesehatan tentang cara mencegah dan cara merawat luka gangren.

 RELATIONS WOUND GANGRENE DEGREES WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS IN DM CLIENTS ABSTRACT

Diabetes is a disease with increased blood glucose above normal and a lot of complications including heart disease, stroke, blindness and  gangrene. Various complications can  cause both  physical and psychological disorders for patients. This can cause problems for patients and can be a stressor that affects the self-concept. This study aimed to relations wound gangrene degrees with psychological stress in dm patients in the dahlia jombang hospital. The study design was cross-sectional correlation. The population were all diabetics at Dahlia Lounge Jombang hospitals with a sample of 42 people with accidental sampling technique. The independent variable degrees gangrenous wounds using a measuring instrument observation, psychological stress dependent variable using a questionnaire measuring instrument. The analyze data with Rank Spearman with a significant level of 95% (0.05). Based on the results of research in space Dahlia Jombang General Hospital found that nearly half (38.1%) degree of gangrenous wounds suffered by the klien DMt is the degree 2 of 16 people, more than half (57.1%) of psychological stress experienced by klien DMts is being counted 24 people. The test results showed the relationship degrees gangrenous wounds with psychological stress including strong category  (the Spearman rank p= 0.000 α=<0.05). Expected DM patients more actively asking health workers about how to prevent injuries and how to treat wounds gangrene gangrene so that the degree of injury is not getting worse.
