EVALUASI PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL DAN POLA KONSUMSI MAKANAN KAYA FE DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA GIZI

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan  tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil dan  pola konsumsi makanan kaya Fe terhadap kejadian anemia gizi  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sananwetan Kota Blitar. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan metode cross sectional.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Sanan wetan Kota Blitar, sebanyak 40 orang ibu hamil yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian diketahui sebanyak 57.5%  ibu hamil mengalami anemia dan sebanyak 42.5% tidak mengalami anemia. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil kategori tinggi sebanyak 1 orang (2.5%), kategori sedang sebanyak 16 orang (40%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 23 orang (57.5%). Tingkat konsumsi makanan kaya Fe kategori baik sebanyak 5 orang (12.5%), kategori defisit ringan sebanyak 1 orang (2.5%), kategori defisit sedang sebanyak 6 orang (15%) dan kategori defisit berat sebanyak 28 orang (70%). Hasil uji statistik Spearman diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia (p=0.00 < α=0.05) dan terdapat hubungan tingkat konsumsi makanan kaya Fe terhadap kejadian anemia (p=0.00<α=0.05). Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan kepada ibu-ibu hamil mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk ibu dan janin.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of research is to identify the correlation between pregnant women and their knowledge of food consumption patterns of the Fe-rich nutritional anemia in Puskesmas Sananwetan of Blitar. This type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women in the region Sanan wetan Puskesmas Kota Blitar, 40 pregnant women were taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of the study known as much as 57.5% of pregnant women are anemic and as many as 42.5% do not have anemia. The level of knowledge of pregnant women as much as the high category 1 (2.5%), moderate category as many as 16 people (40%) and low category as many as 23 people (57.5%). The level of consumption of foods rich in both categories Fe by 5 people (12.5%), the category of mild deficits as much as 1 (2.5%), the deficit category were as many as six people (15%) and severe deficit category were 28 people (70%). Results Spearman known that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge with anemia (p = 0:00 <α = 0.05), and there is a correlation between consumption level Fe-rich foods on the incidence of anemia (p = 0:00 <α = 0.05). Therefore, it is expected to further improve the health workers for counseling to pregnant mothers about the importance of balanced nutrition for mother and fetus
