PENGARUH TERAPI KELOMPOK SUPORTIF TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGATASI PERILAKU KEKERASAN PADA KLIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUANG GELATIK RUMAH SAKIT JIWA MENUR SURABAYA

Terapi kelompok supportive merupakan alternatif pilihan terapi yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan klien menjadi support system. Terapi suportif mampu menyelesaikan krisis yang dihadapi klien dengan cara membangun hubungan yang bersifat suportif, serta  meningkatkan kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kelompok suportif terhadap kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan pada klien skizofrenia . Penelitian ini menggunakan Pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan dua kelompok pra-post test design. 20 klien Skizofrenia dengan perilaku kekerasan, klien yang kooperatif, dan bisa membaca dan tulis  dipilih dengan aksidental sampling   , dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok; 10 orang sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan  10 orang kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran pengungkapan emosi marah menggunakan kuesioner skala Novaco dan Putri (2010). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi dilakukan analisis Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan Karakteristik perilaku kekerasan hampir setengahnya (45%) klien berperilaku mengumpat. Pelaksanaan Terapi kelompok suportif rata rata perilaku dalam kategori baik (80%). Rerata selisih skor kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok  perlakuan adalah 31,5± 0, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol -3±1,25.   Ada pengaruh terapi kelompok suportif terhadap kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan (p = 0,000< 0,05) klien Skizofrenia yaitu Terapi kelompok suportif meningkatkan kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan.pengaruh terapi kelompok suportif terhadap kemampuan mengatasi perilaku (P=0,005). Terdapat pengaruh terapi kelompok suportif terhadap kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan perlu dilakukan terapi kelompok suportif secara intensive dalam intervensi asuhan keperawatan.

THE EFFECT OF SUPPORTIVE GROUP THERAPY ON THE ABILITY TO OVERCOME VIOLENT BEHAVIORS IN SCIZOPHRENIC CLIENTS IN THE GELATIC ROOM OF JIWA MENUR HOSPITAL SURABAYA

Supportive group therapy is an alternative therapy option aimed at increasing the client's ability to become a support system. Supportive therapy is able to resolve crises faced by clients by building supportive relationships and increasing the ability to cope with violent behavior. The research objective was to determine the effect of supportive group therapy on the ability to cope with violent behavior in schizophrenic clients. This study used a pre-experimental design with two groups pre-post test design. 20 Schizophrenic clients with violent behavior, clients who are cooperative, and able to read and write were selected by accidental sampling, divided into 2 groups; 10 people as the treatment group and 10 people as the control group. Measurement of anger expression using a questionnaire scale Novaco and Putri (2010). To determine the effect of the intervention, the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test was analyzed. The results showed that almost half of the characteristics of violent behavior (45%) of clients behaved swearing. The implementation of supportive group therapy average behavior in good category (80%). The mean difference in the ability to overcome violent behavior before and after treatment in the treatment group was 31.5 ± 0, while in the control group -3 ± 1.25. There is an effect of supportive group therapy on the ability to cope with violent behavior (p = 0.000 <0.05) schizophrenia clients, namely supportive group therapy increases the ability to cope with violent behavior.
