GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN DAN PENGETAHUAN PASIEN RUJUKAN BPJS KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS

Abstract

Pada era JKN, Puskesmas sebagai gatekeeper berperan sebagai pemberi pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang bersifat non spesialistik sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dokter. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik pasien dan pengetahuan pasien rujukan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian antara lain umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, penghasilan, status kepesertaan, dan pengetahuan pasien rujukan BPJS Kesehatan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden pasien rujukan adalah pada golongan umur manula, berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMP, memiliki penghasilan kurang dari UMK Kota Kediri, status kepesertaan non-PBI bukan pekerja dan mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik tentang sistem rujukan.

In the National Health Security era, Public Health Center (PHC) as gatekeeper role as primary health care providers that are non specialistic in accordance with the standards of competency doctor. The research aimed to describe the characteristics of the patients and knowledge of patients referrals BPJS in Public Health Center Kediri. This research was conducted with a cross sectional design with quantitative approach. Research variables include age, gender, education, income, membership status, and knowledge of patient referrals BPJS. This results showed that most respondents patient referrals were at the elderly age group, with female sex, education level at junior high school, have an income less than minimum wage of Kediri, membership status is non-PBI not workers and has a good knowledge of the referral system.
