TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN GIZI, FREKUENSI KONSUMSI FAST FOOD DAN STATUS GIZI PADA REMAJA DI SMA TRIMURTI SURABAYA

Abstract


Concumption of fast food frequently at teenager might be resulting health problem of them. Teenager should
consumes balance and health food because they are in good periode of growing up. There were intendence
that they preferred to choose fast food rather than healthy one. This research purpose was to know nutrition
knowledge,   frequency of fast food consumption and  nutrition status of teenager at Trimurti High School
Surabaya. This research was held at Trimurti High School of Surabaya, conducted to 58 respondents which
being taken by simple random sampling. This research was descriptive research. The result of research shows
that respondents whose good nutrition knowledge were 45 person
moderate knowledge and there was no respondent whose poor nutrition knowledge. The kind of fast food
that were often consumed by respondents in that last one month were fried rice which consumed by  7
respondents
being consumed in that last one month is pizza which consumed by 29 respondents
which consumed by 24 respondents

carefull to choose their food and quality of the food, impact of it to the body, and frequency of consuming fast
food to achive normal status of nutrition.
