KORELASI KADAR GLUKOSA, KREATININ, DAN KALIUM PADA PENDERITA DIABETES NEFROPATI

Abstract


Diabetic nephropathy was complications of diabetic mellitus that role in the emergence of
glomerulosklerosis and can be ended as kidney failure characterized by elevated levels of creatinin
so that an impact in disorders of electrolytes including the levels of potassium. The last research
show there was a correlation between levels of potassium and glucose levels with creatinin with the
relationship between levels of potassium levels in diabetic nephropathy. This study was conducted in
the pathology laboratory clinic RSUD dr. Mohammad Soewandhie in march until june 2015. The kind
of research was used in the design of observational research analytic with the approach cross
sectional. Subject in this study a total of 19 diabetic nephropathy who determined on selective
techniques of sampling. This research result then analyzed using the correlation Spearman and
Pearson. The result of this research are meaningful relationship between levels of glucose with
potassium by those with diabetic nephropathy but there was no correlation that are meaningful
between levels of creatinin with potassium by those with diabetic nephropathy.
