Efektifitas Pemberian Ekstrak Lidah Buaya (aloe Vera) Terhadap Kesembuhan Luka Infeksi Staphylococcus aureus Pada Mencit

Abstract

aloe vera is as traditional medicine that promotes wound healing and staphylococcus aureus is a bacterium is a bacterium that causes infection in acne, boils, etc, This research was an experimental study to observed the time of healing wound staphylococcus aureus infection in Balb_C mice. The group were divided into 3@8mice. The first group was treated with the aloe vera extract, the second group as the positive control, and the thrid group was conducted as a negative control group. Aloe vera extract obtained by maceration using ethanol solvent. So it was cocluded that effect aloe vera extract can heal staphylococcus aureus infection in Balb-C mice
