The establishment of quality performed by the clinical laboratory of the clinic includes the establishment of internal quality and external quality laboratory. This study used pooled sera was storage on the freezer temperature is 0o-10oC and refrigerator temperature is 2o-40C, measured every week for 8 weeks. The results showed that the Coefficion of Variation 3.27% and 3.01% and CV levels of uric acid obtained was 12.67%. and 11.30%.
