PENGARUH LAMA DAN SUHU PENYIMPANAN POOLED SERA TERHADAP STABILITAS KADAR GLUKOSA DAN ASAM URAT

Abstract

The establishment of quality performed by the clinical laboratory of the clinic includes the establishment of internal quality and  external quality laboratory. The importance of internal quality clinical laboratory aims to control the results of study laboratory as well as quality of precision and accuracy. This research aims to know the influence stability of levels glucose and uric acid in
storage pooled sera. Method research is experimental. This study used pooled sera was storage on the freezer temperature is 0o-10oC and refrigerator temperature is 2o-40C, measured every week for 8 weeks. The results showed that the Coefficion of Variation 3.27% and 3.01% and CV levels of uric acid obtained was 12.67%. and 11.30%. The Chosen Coefficient of Variation Chosen Coefficient of Variation regression storage pooled sera.
